Missing instruction

Page 2 of the Soiree pattern I received in the mail was missing the fourth line. After "extra blocks for placement when I layout the ?" The what? anyway, please fill in and email me the end of that sentence.

Great pattern for layer cake

I made this a few years ago and the quilt top has been sitting around waiting for me to quilt it. Finally just took it to a longarm quilter and she loved the pattern! Anxious to have it finished now!
